Men Are Not The Default

In society, men are almost always seen as and spoken about as if they’re the default sex and that women either came from men (religion), are lesser than men in every way (religion and bullshit), or both. However, biologically and sociologically (through the lens of truth), women are the default, if you really wanna play that game.

In common speech we subtly, but regularly, hear women being thrown down a peg in the way that they’re described. Women aren’t just athletes, they’re “female athletes.” They’re “female doctors. They’re “female engineers.” Women aren’t anything but secondary, less impressive, less competent… they are inferior, so therefore, their accomplishments are inherently less than in every way compared to men. You know, because being not as strong, tall, or fast makes you inherently inferior in every way including the mind, right? Right?

And therefore, because women are made to be seen as inferior, they can’t be the default.

Really? Okay, but what does biology say?

According to numerous studies, it has been found that human life begins as female in the womb, a biological fact that shapes the early stages of development (Don’t believe me? Look it up; don’t be ignorant). During the first weeks after conception, embryos have the same basic anatomy, and it’s not until about six to seven weeks into pregnancy that the presence of a Y chromosome triggers the production of testosterone, leading to male differentiation. Without this hormonal shift, the embryo will continue developing along a default female pathway. This process highlights that, fundamentally, all humans start life with female structures, challenging long-held assumptions about sex and gender. (I mean… why do you think men have nipples? What purpose do they serve them? 🤨 – Yeah, that’s what I thought. 😒)

Imagine what it feels like to grow up in a world where you’re constantly being told, both directly and indirectly, that you’re inherently inferior because you were born a certain sex. (It may be hard for many of you men out there because, you know, the complete lack of empathy.) Growing up we hear that if you do anything like a girl, it means you’re uncoordinated and weak. Being called anything related to femaleness or femininity is derogatory. We’re told to act like a lady, instead of being able to exist as we are while the saying “boys will be boys” gets thrown around to excuse every little thing a boy or man does. Within any type of media, there’s always a chance of misogyny ruining the way girls and women see themselves. It’s everywhere; it’s never-ending. Our self-esteem is constantly being challenged. Most people know the truth, but many succumb to the lies. It’s frustrating having to listen to nonstop disrespect. And when you do choose to speak out against it, you get ridiculed or worse. All hell breaks loose. The perpetual threat of male violence doesn’t help either. Neither do their fragile egos.

Misogyny is so rampant, it’s common for boys and men to have it directed towards them as well. It’s ironic. Males that look, dress, talk, or act feminine are often detested and seen as gross. One word to describe these males is “effeminate.” The definition of which is derogatory… effeminate: “(with reference to a man) having characteristics and ways of behaving traditionally associated with women and regarded as inappropriate for a man.” –Women are things to be objectified and used. Why would you stoop so low as to be like one. Why would you replace your humanness with that of an object?! You’re not a female though so we can’t objectify you like we do to them, but we can bully you and beat you to a pulp or death instead.- It’s seen as offensive or an abomination for males to be female-like.

Now tell me, who grows and creates life? Oh yeah, I almost forgot, it’s god the father. Silly me, I was about to say females 😝smh. -I’m such a silly goose, you can’t take me anywhere.- Men have such a superiority complex that they feel the need to take the most divine aspect of life, the ability to create life, and make it to where they are the ones who solely harbor the capacity of it. Creating life isn’t a male characteristic. Yes, they help the process at the beginning, but that’s about it. They like to say they provide the “seed.” Wrong. The female egg is the seed; the male sperm is the fertilizer that provides only half of the DNA and a certain chromosome. A male ejaculates and he’s done; he gets a moment of pleasure and thinks he’s created life. 🤣 The female is the one who does all the work in creating and growing life within her. She has to feel the pain and discomfort. She’s the one who has to deal with a changing body and the possible side effects that come with it. She’s the one who has to go through the trauma of giving birth. She is strong. She is divine. And, men hate this. They are so jealous of this fact that they had to create stories and religions revolving around them to make themselves feel better about what they are incapable of. –God isn’t male nor female, but we’ll still call it Him, He, His, Father, and Son anyway just to make sure the females know that males are superior. Let’s make up stories that this god with male pronouns created all life. Oh, and we’ll also make sure to add that women need to submit to men and that they are men’s property, like livestock. Oh, oh, and men can have multiple wives, but women can’t have multiple husbands. And so on, and so forth, blah, blah, blah…- It’s a shame that so many women and men get indoctrinated into believing pure garbage. It’s despicable just how much fear is instilled within people of the threat of hell and torture if you don’t believe in and worship made up gods. The reason behind it all is so clear the moment you use your brain, instead of relying on blind faith like you’ve been taught to do. Religion is nothing but another form of power and control used to manipulate the masses with fear. It perpetuates patriarchal societies, leaving women and girls at the very bottom to be subjects of oppression through lies and violence.

Remember,

women and girls, you are powerful and incredibly important. Your strength doesn’t stop at the physical, but it continues through your intelligence, creativity, resilience, empathy, nurture, love, and so much more. You are deserving of respect and opportunities in every area of life. Your voice matters, and your potential is limitless. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. Stand tall in your immense worth, and don’t let the lies bring you down.
